Ram Mandir Prasad
What's in the sealed packet, how to receive it free after darshan, and how to order Ram Lalla prasad by post anywhere in India.
After every darshan at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir in Ayodhya, pilgrims receive a small sealed packet of Ram Lalla prasad — typically elaichi dana (cardamom-flavoured sugar pellets) and dried coconut, offered to the deity during bhog aarti. It is completely free. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra trust also runs an official prasad-by-post service for devotees who cannot visit in person.
How to receive prasad after darshan
- Complete your darshan of Ram Lalla in the Garbha Griha.
- Follow the exit corridor — counters are placed at the final exit gate.
- Hand over your darshan QR / pass; one packet is given per pilgrim, free of cost.
- Do not buy "prasad" from touts outside the complex — these are not endorsed by the trust.

Famous Ayodhya sweets to take home
